These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mahogany website at getmahogany.com (the “Site”), operated by Mahogany (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms cover the Site only. Your purchase and use of the Mahogany software is governed by the Mahogany License Agreement. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
1Using the Site
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to access and use the Site to learn about and purchase Mahogany. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or make a purchase.
2No legal advice
The Site’s content is for general information only. It is not legal advice, and using the Site does not create an attorney-client relationship with us or anyone else. Mahogany is a software tool for attorneys; it does not replace an attorney’s independent professional judgment or ethical obligations.
3Product information
We try to describe Mahogany accurately, but features, system requirements, compatibility, and prices may change without notice. Descriptions of what Mahogany can do are not a guarantee of any particular result. Performance depends on your hardware and the AI model or service you choose to use with it.
4Purchases
Purchase buttons on the Site take you to Mahogany’s product page on Payhip, where checkout is completed. Payments are processed by PayPal through Payhip. Your purchase is subject to Payhip’s and PayPal’s terms, and your use of the Product is subject to the Mahogany License Agreement.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We may change prices at any time, but a price change does not affect a purchase you have already completed. Refunds are handled as described in the License Agreement.
5Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, design, and the Mahogany name, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our written permission, except for viewing and printing pages for your personal, non-commercial reference.
6Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site in violation of any law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems;
- interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing viruses or other harmful code;
- scrape, crawl, or harvest content or data from the Site by automated means; or
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.

The Site links to third-party websites and services, including Payhip and PayPal. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, terms, privacy practices, or availability. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
10Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Liability relating to the Product is governed by the License Agreement.
11Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
12Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, TN, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
13Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept them.
14General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
